We now have the website
set up for your room reservations for the 2008 CDUPA meeting in
Peoria, Illinois. The meeting is May 20-22, 2008. If you
plan to go on the Caterpillar tour on Tuesday 5/20/08, you will have
to register at
CDUPA2008@ALTORFER.COM. I have sent a memo telling you about
this tour. The hotel is the new Embassy Suites, Peoria. We have
rooms blocked for the discounted rate. Please DO NOT make
your independent room reservations through another site or a travel
agency. I have attached a link directly to the hotel so that you can
make your reservations online. Please tell them that you are part of
the Caterpillar Dealers Used Parts Association Group. Our code is
CUP. Put this discount code in the "group convention code"
block. We are contracted to pay for a number of rooms and if you
make independent reservations, we will not be counted for your
rooms. You will need to arrive on Monday 5/19/07 if you plan to
attend the tour on 5/20/07. I will keep you updated as we make other
arrangements. Feel free to contact me with any questions you might
have concerning this.
